Service Description
Custom Hair units require a consultation prior to the installation. Consultations will range from 15-30 minutes so that your Barber can match your hair type and discuss your preferred style. Your appointment will be scheduled in person.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of everyone’s time, please review our updated appointment guidelines: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call or text us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. • Deposits Deposits are non refundable. All deposits go towards the price of your service. • Courtesy & Timing: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Delays may reduce the services we can complete or may require rescheduling. • No-Show Policy: Clients who miss appointments without notice may be limited in future booking options.
